Hong Kong & other Countries we can not ship to: We regret we are not able to sell or supply products or services to Hong Kong. Purchases can not be accepted from individuals based in Hong Kong, or from the following countries where current delivery restrictions apply: Iceland, Egypt, Chile, Peru, Ukraine. Orders placed for any of the above countries will necessarily have to be cancelled and any payment that you have made would be refunded.
Check Your Name & Address: Before attempting purchase, please check that you have provided your correct name, full delivery address including postcode plus Telephone Number at the time of purchase as it may not be possible for administrative changes to be made to your application in time for processing deadlines.
Paypal orders: We can only ship to the name and delivery address shown on your Paypal purchase transaction. If either your name or delivery address is different from what is shown on your Paypal transaction, your purchase may not be able to be accepted and would need to be refunded. No guarantee can be given that the product would still be available following any amendment requested. We can not ship orders to third parties nominated by the Paypal purchaser.
Expected shipping and delivery timing: Orders are scheduled to despatch within 30 days from date of purchase. International registered service normally takes 10-20 days from date of despatch but can vary depending on the receiving country's handling processes.(e.g. USA, Australia, Germany). Delivery timings to any country are outside our control once orders are passed to these services, and their delivery times may be affected without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated, orders despatch from Asia and will require a signature upon receipt.
Normally within 4 working days from date of despatch, or shortly following our receipt of tracking numbers from the despatch operation, Futera will email you with the registered number of your package so that you can track its progress. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the practice of the Postal/Courier/delivery service would be to leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery. If you are concerned about delay to your delivery please contact the postal/courier/delivery service in the first instance giving them the tracking number we will have provided to you. If you have not received your package within 30 days from the package’s despatch date, and have already contacted the postal/courier/delivery service to conduct a search for you, then email Futera at info@futera.com providing the postal/courier/delivery company's search report and status.
Proof of delivery: Purchasers acknowledge and agree that in cases where the postal/courier/delivery service provides proof of delivery and/or their online report shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the purchaser, no claims for non-delivery shall be entertained. The proof of delivery may include tracking information, delivery confirmation signature, or other relevant documentation demonstrating the successful delivery of the order. The purchaser acknowledges that such evidence provided by the delivering organisation is conclusive proof of delivery. In the event of a delivery service’s package loss during transit please contact the postal/courier/delivery service as appropriate.
Customer orders despatched at the same time may arrive at addresses within the same country at different times due to the destination country's own national and regional processing.
Pricing/charges: Product pricing quoted on the Online Shop or in sales marketing material are quoted in USD$ and represent the RRP (recommended retail price). Shipping cost for orders from this Collection are for postal international registered 'signed for' service and which would exclude any taxes/duty or local charges which may apply and would be for the account of the purchaser. We are unable to advise on whether or not there would be any charges in relation to any customer's particular order or relating to the destination country.
Force Majeure: Futera Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation relating to a transaction or delivery if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, terrorist action, riot, civil disorder, contagious disease including epidemic or pandemic, natural disaster, weather conditions including pollution, fire, storms, earthquakes, floods, labour/industrial disputes, power outages, and transport/logistics issues arising from such event. If a despatch delay or failure continues beyond 60 days, please contact info@futera.com for information and advice on the appropriate procedures.
