Delivery: Please advise at the time of ordering if you require any special delivery service (such as EMS, DHL, etc) otherwise shipping costs quoted would normally apply to International Registered airmail postal service requiring a signature upon receipt.

COUNTRIES AFFECTED BY POSTAL RESTRICTIONS: Due to the impact of COVID-19 some countries' national postal services may either not ship to, or will not accept packages from overseas - these currently include Iceland, Egypt, Chile, Peru, Ukraine, New Zealand.

Please note that if a product has sold out by the time you attempt to place your order at checkout, the system may either show a 'whirring' icon to prevent your order being placed and payment being taken, or a notification that the product can not be shipped to your address.  Either message indicates that the product is already sold out.  Futera are currently working with programmers to change the 'unable to ship to your address' notification to 'sold out',  but please meantime be aware that this has been triggered due to sell-out and a purchase will not be possible.

It is recommended that cards are placed in card protectors to support their condition and longevity and should not be stored at higher or lower than average temperatures or in humid conditions/environment or sunlight.

Cards produced with special materials may contain or appear to contain mild imperfections which are natural characteristics of finishing processes and not production faults.

Cards should be handled with care, particularly cards made of metal construction and insert cards which have involved special treatments/finish in their production as a ‘collectible’ as claims can not be considered for cards suffering from ‘wear and tear’ or handling damage. Cards should be kept protected from moisture/humid conditions as well as having no contact with water/alchohol/perfume/aftershave. 

Occasionally a card may be damaged during transportation which is a situation outside the control of Futera and claims should firstly be addressed with the transportation provider (eg Post Office/Courier). In the event of a card manufacturing fault you may notify Futera who may at their discretion seek to obtain a replacement card if available or otherwise seek to remedy the situation.

Insert ratios quoted on the website, shop, or sales marketing material are averages taken across the packing process and as such no particular card can be guaranteed to exist in any particular despatch/pack/box/case and no claim can be made for any particular card not existing in any particular despatch/pack/box/case.

Futera’s liability for product purchased through its website(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price value of that product.  Payment for product is to be received in USD$, and any refunds applicable would be refunded in USD$ in line with the amount received (or relevant portion in the event of a part-refund) and which refund can not take into account currency fluctuations or individual Paypal costs relating to any currency exchange transacted by a customer from a local currency to make payment in USD$ currency which are beyond our control.

Liability: Futera’s liability for any order is strictly limited to Futera's published retail price in USD$, exclusive of shipping costs, currency exchange, Paypal transaction fees, for that order. Futera can not be responsible for orders not received or processed as a result of internet connection delays, outages or shop inventory anomalies beyond its control, and any payments processed by Paypal in such event where an order has been placed but has not been received by Futera administrators prior to an item becoming sold out would be refunded. No refunds/claims are valid from the time Futera fulfils your order which is the date and time shown on the Post Office/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order when the package passes to the services of the Post Office/Courier companies handling the delivery of your order.

Orders can not be returned to Futera in the event of a change of mind about an order for any reason following its despatch.
