How to Order

1. Press the ‘ADD TO CART’ link (on the COLLECTIONS page or the Item Description page). That will take you to ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’, and then to PAYPAL. Enter your paypal details and your delivery address and send payment. We will email you (normally within 24-48 hours) to confirm that we have received your order.

2. If you have problems with the website shop, please email info@futera.com and provide us with the following information :

  • Name
  • Address
  • Post/Zip Code
  • The items you would like to order

3. We will email you to confirm availability of your order, advise the Total Price including p&p.
and send you a Paypal Invoice – or arrange how you can make payment if you do not have a Paypal account.

Payment Options:
  • Paypal (max. order value £1000)
  • Credit Card via Paypal (max. order value £1000)
  • Wire/Bank Transfer (for orders over 150 euros).

4. Once you have sent payment, we will despatch your order as soon as possible – usually between 2-7 days. Delivery times will depend on your local postal services. Unless otherwise advised, or an additional amount paid for by the customer for a tracked mail service, orders are sent by normal mail service and Futera FZ LLC can not be responsible for items missing in the postal system (please refer to our Terms & Conditions). Please allow up to 28 days for delivery from payment date.

Shipping/P&P

  • Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on this website include p&p/ or free shipping. If you would like a special postal service such as ‘track & trace’ or a form of recorded delivery service please request a quote, and if you agree to the extra charge, the amount would be added to the total you would pay. Unless otherwise advised, orders are sent by normal mail service and Futera FZ LLC can not be responsible for items missing in the postal system (please refer to our Terms & Conditions).
